Having experience working with customer service, fast paced workplace, food and beverage experience is an asset but not a requirement. Functions of this job entail cash handling at the POS, customer service, sales & daily routine cleanliness & maintenance, tea and drink preparation and various other duties required in a cafe.
Store Location
- Major Intersection: Yonge St. and Bernard Ave.
Key Qualifications
- Food & Beverage experience considered an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
- Must be able to work flexible hours including one day shift and two closing shifts. Alternate weekends
- Must be available to work weekends and weekdays
Job Duties include:
- Process cash, debit and credit card payments
- Drink preparation
- Routine cleaning & maintenance
- Possible lifting of up to 25 kg
Required education:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required
Operating Hours & Availability:
- Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
- Must be available for at least two closing shifts per week 6-11pm or 12 am.
