Business Analyst – Digital Assets & Platform Transformation

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital asset transformation initiatives. The role involves partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance digital asset platforms, improve operational processes, and support emerging capabilities across the digital asset ecosystem.

Key Focus

- Support the implementation and enhancement of digital asset platforms.
- Improve books and records, operational processes, and post-trade capabilities.
- Enable future digital asset, tokenization, and blockchain initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology transformation.

General Experience Required

- Proven experience in business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, and impact analysis.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Specific Experience Required

- Experience with digital assets, cryptocurrencies, tokenization, blockchain, or stablecoin initiatives.
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, custody, settlement, books and records, and post-trade operations.
- Knowledge of digital asset regulatory, compliance, risk, and control frameworks.
- Experience with digital asset platforms, custody solutions, blockchain technologies, or related transformation initiatives.
