Join eBay’s Fashion Native Engineering team and help shape the future of fashion commerce for millions of buyers and sellers around the world. Our team builds innovative, high-quality iOS and Android experiences that make discovering, shopping for, and selling fashion more inspiring, personalized, and seamless. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and platform partners on high-impact projects—from reusable mobile capabilities to emerging technologies such as generative AI—while helping modernize experiences across eBay’s global marketplace.

Author Architecture Decision

Records to define technical solutions and influence eBay's tech strategy. Drive complex projects from inception to successful implementation, improving system performance and security for entire organization and across domains.



Uplevel teams through culture, process, and engineering practices, encouraging effective collaboration and tool-building.

Identify and design flexible solutions within the application ecosystem to improve engineering velocity. Develop a long-term technology vision to keep systems modern and relevant amidst changing environments. Advanced networking skills ie.

Proficiency in mentoring and coaching, contributing positively to organizational culture. ~ Mastery of core technical skills alongside learning project, people, and product management to better support eBay. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other advantages (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
