: Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Infrastructure Projects

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage and oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects, including network infrastructure and AV works, across Corporate Infrastructure teams. The TPM will play a critical role in managing the execution and closure phases of various projects, ensuring successful completion from new site deployments to post-occupancy and lifecycle replacement projects.

The role requires expertise in project management, technical knowledge, and process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Project Management

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear tasks, milestones, and timelines for each assigned project.
- Lead project execution, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive projects to successful completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and integrated solutions.
- Assess project costs, benefits, and risks, taking appropriate actions to address high-priority issues.
- Capture and document Lessons Learned from each project and integrate them into future project planning for continuous improvement.

II. Technical Expertise

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical capabilities and requirements for each infrastructure solution being deployed, particularly around network security and AV solutions.
- Perform technical activities such as migration, configuration, and validation depending on the scope of the project.
- Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and overall strategy.




- Anticipate technical risks and challenges, proactively working with the necessary teams to develop mitigation strategies.

III. Reporting and Communication

- Create and maintain weekly status reports for all assigned projects, adhering to the company’s reporting format and cadence.
- Provide overall project performance reports on a regular cadence, summarizing the status and progress of assigned projects.
- Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders, aligning on timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure project success.
- Work autonomously, adhering to project timelines and reporting requirements while ensuring effective communication across teams.

IV. Process Improvement

- Analyze time-based data on project milestones and tasks to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop gap analyses, functional specifications, and actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and quality in infrastructure project delivery.
- Implement Lessons Learned and best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities and promote continuous improvement across teams.

V. Network Security

- Support projects aimed at enhancing network security within corporate offices, including addressing network port security gaps and restricting unnecessary site-to-site connections.
- Work closely with the network engineering team to evaluate, develop, and implement security solutions for network ports across multiple office locations.




- Ensure that security protocols align with the latest standards, mitigating risks and securing corporate infrastructure.

VI. Global Project Coordination

- Manage and deliver projects across multiple global regions, including AMER, APAC, and EMEA.
- Coordinate with local teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with internal managers and adhere to the company’s quality standards, reporting requirements, and other instructions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical programs or projects, with a focus on infrastructure, networking, or AV deployments.
- Strong understanding of network security practices and protocols.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze project data and implement improvements to enhance project outcomes.
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

- Experience in managing projects across global regions is highly desirable.
