We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading complex software development, infrastructure, and systems integration initiatives and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk strategies.
- Lead day-to-day execution to meet milestones and quality standards.




- Motivate and direct cross-functional engineering and development teams.
- Serve as primary contact for project communications and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate kick-offs, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Translate technical concepts into concise updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain understanding of architecture, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Identify and remove roadblocks with technical leads and mitigate risks proactively.
- Track performance on scope, schedule, and budget and manage change control.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–10 years of technical project management experience in software or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and methodologies including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
- Proven delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and risk from initiation to closure.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Effective leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- PMP, CSM, or related project management certifications.
- Experience delivering in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Prior hands-on software development or engineering experience.
- Background in financial services or banking.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
