Title: Technical Writer/ Procedure Documentation Specialist/ Security Process and Documentation Consultant Location: Montreal-Hybrid Duration: Contract (6 months, with potential extension) Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $30-$33/hour Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Assess current compliance gaps against TPN and ISO standards. Design and implement governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes. Create policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.

Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Implement badge/access management processes. Ensure security controls for surveillance and data retention are in place. Collaborate with Data Center Operations, Facilities, Cybersecurity, Legal, Cloud, and DevOps teams.

Communicate regularly with global teams, including stakeholders in France. Track progress toward certification milestones and drive execution. Must-Haves: 2 years minimum writing procedures Implemented procedures Change manager/ technical writer.

Experience developing security policies, processes, and documentation. Excellent cross-functional project coordination skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bilingual (English/French)

Pluses: Experience working with data centers or cloud infrastructure.

Background in cybersecurity compliance.
