As a Technician for Gorilla Property Services, you will be an integral part of our operations, working hands‑on to deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services. No experience is required - we provide comprehensive training. We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals who take pride in their work and are eager to contribute to the success of Gorilla Property Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform exterior cleaning tasks, including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other property maintenance services.
- Follow safety protocols and use equipment responsibly to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials from company vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Uphold the Gorilla Property Services commitment to exceptional customer service and professionalism.




- Willingness to learn and adapt to various cleaning techniques and equipment operation.

Qualifications:

- Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders up to 32ft/40ft.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Dependability and punctuality.
