Join our team as a Logistics Technician! Reporting to the Sample Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving samples, as well as managing associated data.
Your responsibilities :
- Create the necessary documents for the shipment of materials and ensure the compliance of our shipments;
- Prepare internal sample shipments according to established procedures;
- Receive incoming samples while verifying their physical integrity;
- Enter all sample information into our computer system and record analysis requests;
- Communicate effectively with carriers and customer experience consultants, and ensure regular follow-up;
- Share your knowledge with your teammates to promote continuous learning within the team;
- Respect, participate in and contribute to the maintenance of health and safety rules in effect in the laboratory, as well as those specific to your position;
What we offer :
- Temporary full-time position until December 2024, with possibility of extension;
