Job Title: Test Automation Developer (TAD) – ETL & Data Warehouse

Experience: 8+ Years Required Experience

7+ years of experience in ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and Data Validation

Strong hands-on experience with SQL, UNIX/Linux, and enterprise data testing

Experience testing ETL processes, data pipelines, and large-scale Data Warehouse solutions

Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and defect management processes

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end testing of ETL processes, Data Pipelines, and Data Warehouse solutions.

Validate source-to-target mappings, data transformations, and business rules.

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for data validation.

Perform data reconciliation, completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity checks across multiple systems.

Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and defect investigation.

Utilize UNIX/Linux commands for file validation, batch job monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Execute ETL testing for batch jobs, data loads, and warehouse validations.

Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects.

Support defect tracking, root cause analysis, test reporting,



and release validation.

Review Informatica mappings, workflows, and ETL jobs to validate processing logic.

Develop automation scripts using Python for data validation, regression testing, and reporting (preferred).
