Job Title: Test Manager Duration: Long Term Lead QA/QE planning, execution, and reporting across Market Risk and Global Trade Desk technology platforms, handling complex upstream input dependencies across a diverse portfolio of business applications. Develop and implement integrated QA strategies (manual/automated), ensuring sustainable, productive QA processes and proper adherence to SDLC standards. Champion best practices in test design, automation, regression, performance, and systems integration testing.
Build and mentor a cross-functional team of QA analysts and QE engineers, managing career growth, workloads, and performance with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
