Society seeks a flexible Program Facilitator for part-time, on-call shifts. This role promotes social integration and well-being among clients within the Club House setting. Ideal candidates will have experience delivering recreation programs and will have a diploma or degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related fields. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging recreation programs for diverse abilities
- Provide personalized support to clients in group and individual settings
- Document client progress accurately and regularly
- Assist with personal care and attend necessary meetings
- Encourage participation in social and leisure activities Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Community Support
- Experience with Acquired Brain Injury individuals
- Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt programs and teach life skills
- Clear communication and rapport-building abilities Support individuals in achieving their goals while fostering a positive community atmosphere at Strive.
