What you will do on a daily basis

- Provide first-level IT support to internal users (computer hardware, telephony, printers, internet, business applications, etc.)
- Interact professionally with colleagues to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Configure and install computers for new employees
- Use the ticketing system to document interventions
- Provide an exceptional employee experience from the moment new recruits arrive
- Participate in projects based on your curiosity and thirst for learning
- Contribute to the enhancement of the IT infrastructure

What we are looking for

- Vocational (DEP) or college (AEC/DEC) student in IT support




- Ability to work independently to find solutions
- Analytical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate in French and English
- Strong interest in customer support

Demonstrated ability and willingness to useAItools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

Compensation

Currency: CAD

Salary Minimum: 35,000

Salary Maximum: 45,000
