The analyst will work closely with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and business owners on M&A; due diligence engagements.

Responsibilities Analyze financial statements to assess historical earnings and recurring profitability

Prepare and support Quality of Earnings reports that include adjusted EBITDA calculations, revenue normalization, and working capital analysis

Identify and explain non-recurring transactions or accounting anomalies

Assist in drafting executive-level presentations and summaries

Collaborate with senior team members to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights
