Rydex Freight Systems, with 35 years in the business, is one of the largest transportation carriers specializing in expedite in Ontario. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Operations Team.
Transportation Coordinators play a key role in our organization addressing customer inquiries, scheduling shipments, and resolving any shipment issues.
Specifically:
- Promptly respond to shipment requests including cost-effective and creative solutions to fulfill requests
- Dispatch and monitor shipments, process paperwork for customs clearances, relay shipment updates to customers
- Maintain relationships with clients, drivers, and vendors
- Operate within appropriate regulations and policies
- Productive order and administrative task completion
Logistics experience is a requirement. Expedite dispatch experience is an asset. Software proficiency in the following would be an asset: TMS Software, MS Office, Samsara, and BorderConnect.
