Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor residents for side effects
- Communicate effectively with families, interdisciplinary team members, and supervisors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications





- Registered and in good standing with theCollege of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- ValidCPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working inlong-term care,geriatrics, orcommunity careis considered an asset
- Excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate (accommodation is provided)
