Description Family Practice Opportunity – Join a Collaborative, Established Clinic (Available Sept 2025)

We’re a well-established, collegial family practice seeking a new practitioner to join our team in September 2025. Our clinic features 6 exam rooms, two bathrooms, a staff lunch/storage room, and a shared physician office with space for up to 4 practitioners—all within 2,100+ sq. ft. built in 2003.

Currently, we have 2 MDs, 1 NP (another NP is departing), and a supportive staff team (3 FT, 1 PT). Our long-standing head MOA (25+ years with us!) keeps everything running smoothly. Historically, physicians share overhead equally and collaborate on management.

This is a great prospect for a newer FP looking to shape their practice and influence how the clinic runs. The two MDs plan to retire in the next 2–4 years, making this a natural transition point for someone ready to take more leadership.
