Responsibilities include developing care plans and executing individualized treatment. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medication and treatments as per established standards
- Provide direct care focused on residents’ emotional and physical needs
- Assist residents in daily activities, promoting independence
- Maintain accurate records and reports of care performance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Previous UCP experience with certification in PSW program
- First Aid Level 1 and CPR certified
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
