Main responsibilities New Business and Renewals - Liaise between brokers and insurers to negotiate and determine insurance terms and conditions.

- Develop, underwrite and service new business in accordance with the guidelines of the various programs and contracts or as a wholesaler - Collaborate with colleagues on current and future opportunities - Understand all wordings/products and underwriting guidelines - Understand all contracts/binders and operate within them, referring as required - Review and act upon inspections and recommendations - Work with underwriters on contracts and underwriting standards - assistance to the team in charge of renewals, according to the needs Development - Initiate and maintain a privileged relationship with brokers by offering them top-quality service - Represent the company at industry events,



as required - Develop business relationships with existing and new brokers through marketing visits Endorsements - Analyze requests for amendments by endorsement, rate them if necessary, based on the content of the request, and provide instructions to underwriting assistants.
- Review and approve policy cancellations submitted by underwriting assistants.
