We're on the search for a Vice President of Sales on behalf of our client, Kawartha Dairy, a proudly Canadian, family-owned dairy company founded in 1937 in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, renowned for its premium ice cream and now growing its footprint nationally. If you have 15–20 years of progressive sales leadership experience in Tier I or Tier II Food/CPG, with solid Key Account and Field Sales experience, this may be an opportunity for you.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales will lead the next chapter of Kawartha Dairy's national sales expansion across Grocery, Independents, Scoop Shops, and Foodservice channels. This individual will shape the company's sales vision, develop and execute national and regional sales strategies — including sales goals, pricing policy, and market expansion plans — and oversee all sales operations, including budget management, sales forecasting, revenue reporting, and CRM.

The successful candidate will hold direct oversight of key accounts and strategic partners, including contract negotiation,



while driving Kawartha Dairy's customer-obsessed focus on long-term relationships and retention. Priorities include accelerating growth across key markets and unlocking new channel opportunities for the business.

This role calls for a brand builder rather than a volume chaser: a people-first, hands-on leader who is equally comfortable setting national strategy and working alongside reps and customers in the field. The ideal candidate brings 15–20 years of progressive Tier I or Tier II Food/CPG sales leadership experience, with foodservice experience considered a strong asset, and is a genuine, fit for a small-town, family-oriented culture that prioritizes doing things right over doing them fast. The role is based on-site five days a week when not travelling, with an estimated 15–20% travel across Ontario and Western Canada.
