We are excited to invite experienced executive coaches to join the Executive Coaching Professional Standards Committee at ExecQutive – The Executive Coaches Association.

We are bringing together a small group of executive coaches from diverse backgrounds and experiences to collaborate on the development of the first edition of the ExecQutive Executive Coaching Professional Standards.

This is an opportunity to contribute your knowledge, perspectives, and experience to a project that aims to support excellence, professionalism, and the continued evolution of executive coaching.

Together, we will develop executive coaching standards on topics such as:

- Professional ethics and integrity
- Client-centred coaching practices
- Professional competence
- Continuous learning and development
- Confidentiality and professional boundaries




- Cultural awareness and inclusive coaching•

What we're looking for

- Experienced executive coaches an HR professionals who are passionate about advancing the profession.
- Individuals who enjoy thoughtful discussion and collaborative problem-solving.

Time Commitment
- 2 months
- Approximately 3–6 hours per month writing and research
- Two - 1 hour virtual meetings

As a committee member, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow executive coaches, contribute to an important professional initiative, and be recognized as a Member of the Executive Coaching Professional Standards Committee.
