Warehouse Associate

Location: Guelph, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

As a Warehouse Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring our agricultural products reach our local farming and animal care communities safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will handle order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving, and daily warehouse upkeep. If you are a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Primary Duties

Work Location: In person

- Pick, pack, and prepare web and customer orders accurately based on shipping deadlines
- Receive incoming inventory, restock shelves, and maintain proper product rotation
- Track product expiry dates, conduct inventory checks, and assist with restocking analysis
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency, safety, and proper use of space
- Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring all outbound products are clean and defect-free
- Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule

- Monday to Friday with additional hours as needed

Skills & Requirements

- 1 year of inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience or background in the equine and/or livestock industry is considered an asset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills for inventory tracking and reporting
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) safely in a physically demanding environment
- Strong multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required by operational demands

Experience

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Ability To Commute

- Guelph, ON N1H 6J1 (required)
