Today, we continue that success by seeking a Full Time Warehouse Shipper/Receiver with the passion for building meaningful relationships with our long-standing customers.

Responsibilities

Warehouse

- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Scan in all incoming distributions and transfers, maintain shipping logs, and file all paperwork.
- Monitor all un-received cartons and transfers and place the necessary claims.
- Sort shipments and distribute product accordingly.
- Transfer stock to other stores as requested.
- Detail received shipments from supply companies and submit the necessary paperwork.
- Keep shipping/receiving area clean and organized and ensure compliance with OH&S; standards
- Assist in the preparation for physical inventory counts.
- Maintain the back room.
- Provide assistance to the sales staff in moving of display units & restocking of merchandise

Customer Service

- Engage customers in a courteous,



helpful, and respectful manner.
- Promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and requests for support.
- Assisting customers to find appropriate merchandise.
- Explain basic features of merchandise to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and escalates issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Execute activities related to store initiatives to offer customers additional products and services (e.g., special sale items, credit card applications)
- Providing excellent customer service and greeting all customers
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers

Ideal Candidate

- Highly organized, detail oriented and able to work independently
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes (approx. 50 lbs). Computer literacy is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills
- High School Education.
