Lead the daily operations of Hamilton’s water systems as a Water Treatment Process Supervisor. Oversee compliance, direct staff, and ensure effective service delivery in a crucial environment. Reporting to the Plant Operations Superintendent, you will supervise all aspects of water and wastewater operations.

Your expertise in process theories and municipal systems will ensure the effective administration of the facilities, including regulatory compliance. This role requires both leadership and operational oversight to maintain service excellence and environmental integrity. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of the water treatment plant
- Direct Water/Wastewater Operators and manage duties
- Maintain regulatory compliance and records as required
- Monitor plant conditions using SCADA systems
- Ensure accurate reporting and staff training Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or relevant discipline
- Current Ontario Level III Wastewater/Water Treatment License
- Extensive municipal treatment experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a unionized setting
- Valid Class “G” driver’s licence Drive operational efficiency and compliance while ensuring Hamilton’s water systems run smoothly and sustainably.
