Event Wellness Station Attendant – Leamington, Ontario

About the Role

Aventry Medical is seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Event Wellness Station Attendant to join our team for a two-day community event in Leamington, Ontario.

Working alongside our on-site medical team, you will staff the Wellness Station, providing attendees with complimentary hydration and cooling resources while creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

No medical experience or certification is required.

Responsibilities

As an Event Wellness Station Attendant, you will:

- Welcome attendees to the Wellness Station
- Distribute complimentary water, electrolyte beverages, and cold towels
- Engage with attendees and answer basic questions about the Wellness Station
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
- Monitor inventory and notify the team when supplies need replenishing
- Direct attendees requiring medical assistance to the adjacent Aventry Medical team




- Assist with other general Wellness Station duties as required

Please note: This is a non-medical role. Attendants do not provide medical assessments or treatment.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys interacting with people
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in a busy event setting
- Able to stand and move around for extended periods
- Capable of working independently while collaborating with the event team

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, recreation, promotions, or community engagement is considered an asset but is not required. Why Join Us?
