Quality Landscaping Supplies is looking for a dependable, motivated Yard Foreman to oversee the daily operations of our busy landscape supply yard. This is a hands on leadership position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, managing a team and ensuring customers receive excellent service.
Duties
- Supervise daily yard operations, including inventory management, order picking, and loading/unloading of products
- Lead and motivate a team of yard staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely stock replenishment and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage documentation related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining high standards of customer service
