Church (Coquitlam, BC) and Positive Shepherd Lutheran Church are seeking a part-time Youth Minister (20 hours/week) to lead our joint Anglican-Lutheran youth ministry (typically grades 7 to 12).
Key Responsibilities:
- Open Scripture with young people, nurture honest faith, and build an affirming, brave community.
- Provide relational, prayerful leadership within a supportive, shared ecumenical network.
Role Features:
- Bivocational & Flexible: Schedule is intentionally structured to work around day jobs, studies, or other commitments.
- Affirming & Supportive: A welcoming, affirming environment for those navigating theological transition or coming from evangelical backgrounds seeking a sacramental home. Candidates from Anglican, Lutheran, and other traditions welcome.
