Traverse Independence is seeking a full time Community Facilitator in the Kitchener, Ontario, Canada area. This role offers scheduling flexibility and focuses on supporting adults with acquired brain injuries in the community.
You will build relationships, develop client programming, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to help clients live independently. A diploma in Social Services or related field is preferred, with training provided for ABI-specific skills.
