As the General Manager, you will oversee operations, including the marina, boatyard, and Junior Sailing Program while ensuring a positive workplace culture. Your expertise in financial management will be essential, as you will prepare budgets and monitor cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the Club and marina
- Manage annual budgets and financial reporting

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of management experience
- Solid financial management and budget skills
- Quick Books or similar accounting software knowledge
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Experience with event planning and volunteer organizations
