Lead technical innovations at mobileLIVE as a Senior AIOps Engineer. You will build essential infrastructure and collaborate closely with clients to optimize coding environments and enhance Dev Ops practices.
In this senior role, you will be the backbone of our Center of Excellence (COE). Your expertise in Python and Git Hub Enterprise administration will drive the development of custom agent templates and configuration management. You will address environment challenges, ensuring a seamless integration with Rogers' internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Git Hub Copilot Enterprise
- Build and maintain the custom instructions repository
- Design initial Tier 1 agent templates
- Define standards for 'agent-ready' issues
- Troubleshoot setting blockers for developers
Requirements:
- 5+ years expert-level Python experience
- Hands-on Git Hub Enterprise management skills
- Direct experience with custom Git Hub Copilot instructions
- CI/CD proficiency using Git Hub Actions
- Familiarity with telco technology stacks preferred
