Event Helping Hands – Adaptable Event Support Work $19–$20/hour | Toronto & GTA CanadianEntertainers.ca is expanding our Helping Hands Event Team. We’re looking for friendly, reliable people for occasional event support work at corporate, private, family and community events throughout Toronto and the GTA. Duties May Include: Setting up and taking down event stations Assisting with fun and interactive activities Assisting with and, once trained, independently operating simple interactive event stations Helping with food and refreshment stations Serving guests and keeping stations clean, organized and stocked Providing general event support as needed Flexible schedule: Event opportunities are offered as bookings become available. You can review the date, location and hours and choose whether to accept or decline each opportunity based on your availability. Pay: $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience. Applicants with previous event, hospitality or food-service experience and/or a valid Food Handler Certificate may qualify for the higher rate. Requirements:



Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional Comfortable interacting with guests Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Comfortable with basic setup and cleanup Reliable transportation to and from accepted bookings A Police Record Check and/or Vulnerable Sector Check may be required for certain event assignments depending on the role, client or venue requirements A vehicle is not required. Events may take place throughout Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Newmarket, Aurora, Mississauga, Brampton, Durham Region and surrounding areas. Previous event, hospitality, catering, food-service or customer-service experience is an asset, but not required. Training may be provided for certain event stations and assignments.
