Lead strategic growth initiatives as a Supervisor of Development Review and Integration with the Region of Waterloo. This full time role focuses on land use planning and inter-departmental coordination.

In this impactful position, you will supervise a team of planners and manage diverse development projects. You'll facilitate collaboration across municipal partnerships, support the development review process, and provide input on key land use policies.

Your work will ensure continuous improvement in development practices and enhance service delivery across the Division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Senior Planners and their projects
- Coordinate municipal partnerships and committees
- Monitor government policies affecting land use
- Implement continuous improvement strategies
- Develop Division KPIs and internal reports

Requirements:

- University degree in Planning or related field
- Canadian Institute of Planners membership required
- Proven experience in complex project oversight
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
