- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare monthly and Board financial reports




- Ensure compliance with Ontario Long-Term Care regulations
- Maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations
- Analyze financial performance and support operational decision-making

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2+ years in Long-Term Care finance
- Strong background in budgeting and financial reporting
- Proficiency with accounting software, especially Dayforce
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
