Bachelor Degree or College Diploma requiredOverall 8 years of experience in JAVA developmentExpert-level proficiency in Full Stack Development – Java / Springboot / KafkaExperience working with React or AngularAdvanced experience in designing and building Web API servicesOver 3 years of experience working with Microservices Architecture and distributed systemsExperience working with Microsoft Azure platformDemonstrated ability to define and enforce development standards and best practicesExperience delivering scalable, high-performance applications in production environmentsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to design solutions across multiple teams or systemsProven ability to lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisionsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholdersTrack record of mentoring and developing engineering teamsStrong understanding of modern software development practices, tools, and frameworksExperience identifying delivery risks and driving process improvementsExperience working with both onsite and offshore modelIn person office attendance 2-3 times a weekCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,role, skill set, and level of experience.
