WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a solid background in the window or construction industry, a robust closing rate, and a clear understanding of construction processes.

You will be responsible for selling UPVC window and door solutions for Smart Windows and Doors Company — from the first client contact through to contract signing.

You will be responsible for selling UPVC window and door solutions for Smart Windows and Doors Company — from the first client contact through to contract signing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Outside sales in residential and commercial markets




- Working with inbound and outbound leads
- Consulting clients on UPVC windows and door systems
- Preparing and presenting quotes and proposals
- Measurements, calculations, and deal coordination
- Working with walk-in clients in the showroom
- Managing clients through contract completion

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

- Experience in the window and/or construction industry
- High closing rate
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Knowledge of UPVC windows and door products
- Valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle required (company vehicle is also provided)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Language skills (English required, additional languages are an asset)

COMPENSATION

Income: $65,000 – $125,000+ per year.

Compensation structure: commission only, no income cap, Year-end performance bonuses.

WORK SCHEDULE

7/24/365 (Client- and result-oriented schedule).
