You might spend your days conducting discovery on new product capabilities, extracting new meaning from analytics data, addressing customer issues, or working through challenging design questions with your team. You'll work directly with a talented development team to deliver solutions that will help AEC professionals design a better world. On a given day you may deliver a pitch to a senior executive, extract new meaning from analytics data, address a customer issue, or work through a challenging design question with your team. You'll work with designers, developers, and researchers to conduct user research, validate solutions and launch software products. If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Product Managers, Business Strategy, Sales and customers to assess and prioritize product requirements resulting in achievable, clear product roadmapsWork closely with Experience Design, Customers, and Software Development Teams throughout discovery and research activities resulting in alignment on improvement plansWork closely with scrum teams to support delivery activities including backlog management, user story creation, defect prioritization and assessment of improvement status resulting in predictable, high-quality deliverablesWork closely with Product Managers and Software Development leads working on adjacent or platform capabilities to ensure consistency and coordinated roadmapsWork closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Product Delivery to support product launches and ongoing adoption successMinimum Qualifications5+years of experience in civil engineering design (Road, Highway, Rail, Land Development)

For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $104,000 and $151,800. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
