We have an opportunity in any of our three branches for a Estimator to provide support to the Chief Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager team with all pre‑construction and estimating activities and to grow with us.

The wage band for this position is $99,000 - $123,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent.
- Construction Related Technology Certificate or Diploma is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Pre‑Construction, Estimating, and/or related fields.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

- Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.

- Self‑motivated with a willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged.
- Strong analytical, above‑average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem‑solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
