Advance Forming Inc. is seeking a motivated Safety Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in occupational health and safety while gaining hands-on experience on concrete formwork projects.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year + benefits

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

- Conduct site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
- Assist with orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training.
- Maintain safety records, inspections, incident reports, and training documentation.
- Participate in incident investigations and monitor corrective actions.
- Support compliance with company policies and Ontario OHSA requirements.
- Assist with job hazard assessments, PPE coordination, and site safety materials.
- Communicate safety concerns with supervisors and project management.

Qualifications





- High school diploma (post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety is an asset).
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- WHMIS, First Aid, Working at Heights, or other safety certifications are assets.
- Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
