Overview

WELL Health – Point Grey Medical Clinic, located at 4448 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, Canada. The clinic focuses on family practice with a collegiate, physician‑centred atmosphere and offers virtual and telehealth options.

Responsibilities

- Provide full-scope family practice either full‑time or part‑time, including a small walk‑in component.
- Maintain adaptable schedule with ability to set own hours.
- Collaborate with the WELL Health team for smooth transition of practice and patient panels.
- Utilize OSCAR EMR and virtual care platform for patient management.

Financials

- Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing split to be discussed (PCN, LFP, FFS).
- Financial agreement coordinated through Director of Recruitment.
- Overhead split negotiable.

Practice Details

- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts (clinic has 8).
- Shared office space.
- OSCAR EMR used; no paper charts.

Hours & Availability

- Flexible schedule; walk‑in available.
- Clinic opens 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- New physician will work out own schedule with clinic.
- No strict policy around time off.

- Prenatal services.
- SleepWorks Medical services.

- 5 physicians (part‑time and full‑time).

Qualifications

- Practice participating in FPSC portal – provides longitudinal continuity of care.
- Long‑term (8 + weeks) locum prospect, May 5 2025 – Dec 31 2028.
