Summary

The Selling Supervisor based at Oakridge Park Mall in Vancouver will mentor and empower sales associates while supporting daily team supervision for the current store opening. The role focuses on achieving sales and consignment goals, maintaining high merchandising and operational standards, and delivering an elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Coach and mentor sales associates to maximize units sold per transaction and average transaction value.
- Provide high quality customer service and assist with customer issues.
- Utilize POS and inventory systems; support opening and closing procedures and cash/tender reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager and implement merchandising standards.




- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Supervise staff, run morning meetings, identify training needs, and implement company policies in absence of Store Management.

Requirements

- Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency with general software (Word, Excel) and point-of-sale/inventory systems; computer literate.
- Strong customer service orientation, leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Foreign languages considered an asset.
