Location: Remote (Alberta or Ontario)
Experience supporting capital projects and project controls. This role combines client consulting, software implementation, training, and process improvement to help organizations optimize project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to improve project delivery and business processes.
- Configure, implement, and support project management software solutions.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and end-user support.
- Provide expertise in estimating, scheduling, forecasting, cost control, and project reporting.
- Assist with solution design, software demonstrations, and client success initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in project controls, project management, estimating, or scheduling.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, utilities, energy, industrial, or mining environments.
- Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), SPI, CPI, and project performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience identifying process improvements and recommending solutions.
- Comfortable delivering training and driving user adoption of software solutions.
- Experience with InEight is highly preferred. Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, or SAP Project Systems is also considered a solid asset.
- Valid driver's license and passport (or the ability to obtain one).
- 40% travel to sites
