.
You'll lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, client relationships, and project teams across commercial tenant improvements and occupied renovation projects throughout Metro Vancouve

Requiremen
- ts:8+ years' PM experience with a BC GC or
- CMCommercial TI experie
- nceCity of Vancouver project experie
- nceStrong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and budget
- ingProcore, Bluebeam, and MS Project proficie
- ncyExcellent client and stakeholder management ski
