The compensation for this position is between $100,500 and $125,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Job Summary This role will be based out of our office in Oakville, ON or Montreal, QC and will report into the Director, Strategic Sourcing. Principal Responsibilities Business Process Management: Continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency and quality; monitor process blockers and adjust corresponding data; monitor data workflows and troubleshoot process‑related issues. Data Governance and Quality: Work with Data Governance to establish practices ensuring data integrity and compliance; define, develop, document operational data processes, standards, and best practices; drive completion of data quality controls and standards; manage remediation of data audits and validations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment; collaborate with Data Governance, IT Business Partners, Data Analysts,



and Business Units to align data initiatives with organizational goals; collaborate cross‑functionally to drive process improvements and troubleshoot blockers; provide training and support on data processes to end users. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, process improvement, or a similar role. Experience in manufacturing environments and business process ownership within the P2P function. Proven track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiatives. Implementation experience with SAP ERP systems. Project management experience is highly desirable.
