About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile software selection and implementation initiative within a large enterprise environment. This role will focus on identifying and delivering a modern Health & Safety solution while partnering closely with business leaders, IT teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your Responsibilities





You'll lead the end-to-end software selection process for a new Health & Safety platform, including requirements gathering, RFP development, vendor evaluations, and final solution recommendations.

You'll develop the implementation roadmap, project governance framework, budget, resource plan, and execution strategy for the selected solution.

You'll build trusted relationships with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll facilitate steering committee meetings, executive presentations, and project updates while proactively managing risks, issues, and project dependencies.

You'll oversee vendor engagement, challenge recommendations where appropriate, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and organizational priorities.

You'll support additional finance-related initiatives as project priorities evolve, balancing multiple workstreams while maintaining successful delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience leading business-facing IT projects within complex enterprise environments.

Demonstrated experience managing software selection initiatives, including requirements gathering, RFP development, vendor evaluations, and enterprise application implementations.





Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, vendors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams.

Robust organizational and project planning skills with experience managing budgets, governance, timelines, risks, and competing priorities.

Experience influencing decision-makers, introducing project management best practices, and driving successful project outcomes within established organizational methodologies.

Relevant business or technology education is preferred. PMP certification is not required.
