Benefits & Perks:

- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (based on experience)
- 3 weeks vacation

Responsibilities:

- Managing a portfolio of strata buildings
- Scheduling, preparing, attending, and recording minutes for Strata Council meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
- Working with Council to prepare annual budgets, analyze forecasts and expenses, including the contingency fund; assisting with monthly financial statements and operational reports; managing accounts payable and other strata accounting functions
- Advising the Strata Council and Owners on issues in accordance with the Strata Property Act,



ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and bylaws
- Maintaining records and preparing Master Listings, summarizing terms and conditions for each unit, including unit entitlement
- Filing forms under the Strata Property Act

Qualifications:

- At least 1+ years of experience as a Strata Manager
- Willing to work in Delta, BC
- Valid Strata License
