Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate, M&A; and Capital Markets to join our Advisory team. This is a replacement role and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic, fast‑paced setting where your work will directly support high‑impact transactions and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support various business development initiatives including pitches and proposals.
- Prepare financial models including forecasts, DCFs, LBOs/MBOs, and preliminary company financials.
- Perform in‑depth financial analyses on companies, analyzing earnings sustainability, cash flows, working capital and drivers of performance.
- Prepare lists of potential acquisition targets, buyers, and/or investors; conduct market, industry and company research.
- Communicate directly with transaction counterparties, including the client, target, potential buyers, other advisors and lenders.
- Assist in the preparation of professional transaction documents such as teasers and confidential information memorandums.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major. CPA, CFA, or CBV designation preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of audit, valuation, corporate finance or M&A; advisory experience.
- Motivated, detail‑oriented, autonomous, rigorous and able to work under pressure.
- Above‑average proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this role is $68,000 - $104,000 per year.
