Overview: Seeking a senior-level Program Manager with a consulting mindset to lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This individual will drive strategic programs from planning through execution, partnering closely with executive stakeholders to deliver business, technology, and operational outcomes. The role requires strong leadership through influence, structured problem-solving, governance management, and experience operating in highly matrixed environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through execution.


• Establish governance frameworks, roadmaps, milestones, RAID management, and reporting.


• Partner with executives and senior leaders to align priorities and drive decision‑making.


• Oversee end-to-end delivery across business, technology, and operations teams.


• Provide strategic advisory support by breaking down complex business challenges and developing actionable solutions.


• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and AI/automation‑enabled transformation initiatives.


• Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and overall program performance.

Required Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Delivery, Enterprise PMO, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy.






• Proven track record leading enterprise‑wide, multi‑workstream initiatives.


• Experience working directly with executive and C‑suite stakeholders.


• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership experience.


• Experience owning initiatives end‑to‑end rather than serving solely in an advisory capacity.


• Background in a consulting firm or consulting‑style environment is highly preferred.

• Comfortable operating in high‑ambiguity environments and driving outcomes through influence rather than authority.
