Summary of Responsibilities

- Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate with resource personnel
- Supervise all work performed on the day shift
- Assign work to the line maintenance team each morning
- Coordinate work with all departments: interior shops, avionics, sheet metal and NDT
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives,



create and implement improvements
- Prepare work packages for transient aircraft and AOGs
- Coordinate daily aircraft maintenance with production
- Organize and oversee off-site AOG deployments
- Perform tasks in accordance with the appropriate maintenance control manual
- Prepare all transient customer invoices
- Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications and Required Skills

- Valid Transport Canada M‑2 license
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in aircraft maintenance work
- Strong understanding of CARs
- Experience working on corporate/business aircraft
- Experience in planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good team spirit
- Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs

Education

Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technician program or equivalent.
