BMKP Law is seeking a lawyer with at least 3-5 years of direct experience in pensions and benefits law who is looking to deepen their expertise and work alongside one of Canada's leading pensions and benefits practices.

We are looking for a lawyer who enjoys navigating complex legal and regulatory issues and wants to play a meaningful role advising sophisticated clients on a broad range of pension, advantages, executive compensation, governance, and fiduciary matters.

- Pension plan governance and fiduciary obligations
- Mergers, acquisitions, and business restructurings
- Plan design, amendments, and regulatory compliance
- Investment and funding matters
- Litigation and dispute resolution
- Benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements




- Pension risk transfer and plan wind-ups
