The Interprofessional Practice and Learning team seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead initiatives in collaborative, person-centered care. This role requires strong competencies in program design, implementation, and evaluation. You will leverage evidence-based practices to improve health outcomes while fostering a culture of learning among nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff
• Evaluate and support clinical knowledge translation
• Monitor and report on educational outcomes
• Provide consultation on evidence-based standards of care
• Foster collaborative learning and practices across teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Active nursing license in good standing
• CNA Certification or specialty certification required
• Previous teaching experience preferred
