Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Parts Sales Manager based in Rosslyn, ON. The Parts Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the parts department, focusing on meeting customer needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, delivering exemplary customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities,



and overseeing the sales of spare parts for heavy equipment. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to company processes and quality standards will also be essential.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and building lasting relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify and close opportunities efficiently and effectively
- In-depth knowledge of Spare Parts management and inventory control related to heavy equipment
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills
- Prior experience in the mining, forestry, or construction equipment industry is an asset
- Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, ON, and maintain effective operational oversight
